We have an exciting contest set up for the users of deviantART this time around, with fantastic prizes!
THEME
The theme is to create a groupID for one of the participating groups listed [here]. Submissions should capture what the group is about, for example a portrait of the main characters for a fanclub, or depicting the group's mascot. Submissions need to include the name of the group in the submission image and a link to the group's contest journal in the deviation description.
DEADLINE AND VOTING
Deadline for submissions: Friday, March 15th, end of day
Voting Period: Sunday, March 17th through Sunday, March 24th
Once the contest closes, users who were watching *dAhub prior to the contest closing will be able to vote for the contest winner. Users may vote for their favorite entry and the popular vote will win. Users must be watching *dAhub before the contest closes for their vote to count, all other votes will be ignored.
ARTIST PRIZE
A one year premium membership awarded to the winning entry. ($30 value)
The winning artist may receive their prize as a gifted one year premium membership or as an equivalent number of points. The winning user may also direct their winnings be given to another user of their choosing.
HOW TO ENTER YOUR ART
Make sure your entry is related to the theme of one of the participating groups: [link] (To add a group to this list, follow the instructions in the "How To Enter Your Group" section below)
Submissions should capture the main focus of the group, for example a portrait of the main characters for a fanclub, or depicting the group's mascot. Think of this as creating a "groupID" (similar to a deivantID, but for a group)
Submissions must include the name of the group in the submission image (or in the text for written submissions)
All mediums are accepted (drawn, photography, written, animated, etc)
Submissions must include a link to a participating group's journal in the deviation description in order to qualify. That's the journal where they announce they're part of this contest, and should be titled 'Meta Group Contest'.

The artwork should then be submitted to the Meta Group Contest folder to be qualified to win prizes
Submissions are limited to two per user, per month. Only new artwork (uploaded between January 12th and March 15th) will be accepted.
There is no limit on the number of submissions that can come from any one group. A group can have many users submit many entries
Everyone is eligible to submit artwork for any participating group. Group admins may submit art for their own group. You may submit artwork even if you are not a member or watcher of the group.
All submissions must comply with deviantART Terms of Service. All art must be original or use work with permission from the original artists.
HOW TO ENTER YOUR GROUP
Post a NEW journal in your group titled 'Meta Group Contest' with the content as described below.

There is no limit on the number of groups you can enter
The journal must be posted between January 12th and March 1st (any time until two weeks prior to the deadline).
Please encourage your members to vote once the contest closes (users will need to be watching *dAhub prior to the contest closing in order for their votes to count)
